• Ages 10 to Adult
• 2–4 Players
• 20–30 Minutes per Game
These games have quickly become a favorite in our house. This game is wonderful
for both children and adults. Our oldest daughter is 8 years old and says
these are her favorite games. I think the best way to learn geography is
through game playing. I would not call these "geography" games
though, as there is so much more to them. There is a lot of planning and
critical thinking involved - and the geography learning will just happen
rather than being drilled in as in some trivia type games. If you are wanting
to teach your children the names of our states and the countries of the
world - these games are perfect! I would recommend these games for ages
6-adult. It can also be played by more players by placing two people on
a team. This works really well if there is a younger child who wants to
be included. I have been amazed at how our 6 year old told everyone her
travel path (after winning!) and pointed to and named countries even when
the names on the board were covered up by her cards which she had set out
for us to see.
The board, cards, and card holders are very well made. The card holders are made of wood. These games are built to last - and that is great because they will be played with often! There is an Asia version due out soon. These games will definately teach your children to "think out side the box".
There are some companies that do such great things...show such generousity and concern to the people on this earth. Cranium is one of those companies. These games have added such joy to our lives! I am convinced that one of the reasons children rebel is that life with friends becomes more fun than life at home. For this reason, we should all make sure that there is joy in our homes! Plan on playing a game every night together! Work and play together as a family. In our home we play that we are all on the same team. We encourage each other by saying "good effort", "great job", and "do you need some help?".

Great for ages 5 and up! Sculpt things out of clay, draw, or act out the secret word. Or race to find two items around the house before the time runs out. Great fun for 3 or more players.

Ages 2-7
There are balls hidden behind the plastic doors on the game. Draw a card and put the key in the corrosponding door. If you find a ball, put it in the hole. After all the balls are in, the treasure chest opens to reveal a plastic jewel. Two sets of cards are included - one with numbers, letters, and colors, and a more difficult set for children ages 5 and up.

This is the most requested game in our home. Fish for letters with a magnetic fishing pole, role the dice to try to match 4 snacks at the snack shack, try to flip the frogs into the pond, or try to spin the wheel to match the picture. Great tunes on the timer. Try to fill your game piece with balloons first.

Like twister, but much more fun, and easier for young children. Even 1 year old Valerie Grace plays. Great easy fun!
Teddy $19.99

Young children learn colors, shapes, visual discrimination, alike and different, go-togethers, counting, and much more with Teddy, the teaching bear. The charming bear “tutor” comes with 24 two-sided game cards (48 games) that fit on the sturdy Activity Pad. Just place a card on the Activity Pad and turn the color-coded dial to match the card. Look at the question, then place Teddy on an answer square. If you are correct, Teddy lifts his flag high in the air! Nearly 200 questions, no reading required. Cards store neatly inside Teddy’s Activity Pad.
This is a very cute game, no batteries are required! Very well thought out and the little bear is sure to catch the attention of any preschooler (and some older children as well - as they will try to figure out what makes the bear raise his flag!)
Grades Pre-K+ Ages 3+
Shut the Box
This is a very well made game that consists of a wooden box with flip up sections with numbers on them. The goal is to role the 2 dice and come up with two numbers on your board to move that add up to the total number on your dice. The goal is to keep rolling and playing until the box is open/shut. Children will be learning addition facts without trying.
Sum Swamp
Another great game for learning addition/subtraction facts. Fun for children 4-9
Please keep our youngest daughter, Valerie Grace, in your prayers. She was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor in February. To read about all that God has done, click here.
